We are excited to hold our PARENTS' CLASS for term 1 on Wednesday, 16 February, at 6.30pm. - Just as a little taste of what your kids have signed up for ;) No prior martial arts experience required, any fitness level welcome! Please wear comfortable gym cloths, bring your water bottle and lots of spirit :)
PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS, AUNTIES AND UNCLES are welcome to join us!

Our Thursday general class is celebrating International Women's Day so WEAR PINK to class. Go wild, go cheesy, just make sure it's PINK.
We have TWO PARENTS' CLASSES running this term on Monday 26 February and Wednesday 21 March.
Don't worry parents, you won't have to choose; you are welcome to pick BOTH classes and come and have some fun and get a taste of what is expected of your kids ;)
