In response to sooo many requests from our students, we will be holding a Tameshiwari Workshop at North Bondi Dojo. The 90 min. session will be instructed by Sensei Anthony Tockar and is open to students 8 years and up.

Cost: $40 (includes instruction and board for the first break; additional boards can be purchased on the day)

Our annual dojo tournament - one of the big highlights on our Karate calendar - will be held at Rose Bay Public School on Sunday, 31st of August.
There will be Divisions for Kata, Team Kata & Kumite.
We encourage ALL our students - all ages, all grades (including Novices) - to participate.

If you are keen to compete, please speak to your instructor ASAP. Consistent training (Sunday Fight Class and / or Wednesday Kata Class) is compulsory. You will need to get the OK from your instructor BEFORE entering.
