Divisions: Kata, Team Kata & Kumite.
We encourage ALL our students - ALL ages, ALL grades (including Novices) - to participate.

In response to sooo many requests from our students, we will be holding a Tameshiwari Workshop at North Bondi Dojo. The 90 min. session will be instructed by Sensei Anthony Tockar and is open to students 8 years and up.

International Training Seminar with Shihan Riyuji Isobe
We’re excited to welcome Shihan Kenny Uytenbogaardt (IKO South Africa) and Shihan Riyuji Isobe (IKO Brazil) to Sydney this October!
In the lead-up to our Intensive Training Weekend at the Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre in Bondi, we’ll be hosting evening seminars across Rose Bay, Caringbah, and Bondi Beach. It’s set to be a memorable week of training and connection not to be missed.
