IKO Honbu will be hosting the 2026 International Karate Friendships (Kumite & KATA for Juniors, Seniors, Men and Women) at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium on May 5th & 6th 2026.
Details will be announced closer to the event.
In response to sooo many requests from our students, we will be holding a Tameshiwari Workshop at North Bondi Dojo. The 90 min. session will be instructed by Sensei Anthony Tockar and is open to students 8 years and up.
Cost: $40 (includes instruction and board for the first break; additional boards can be purchased on the day)
