There will be Divisions for Kata & Kumite (full contact).
We encourage ALL our students - all ages, all grades (including Novices) - to participate.

This year’s Nationals will be held at Sylvania Heights Community & Youth Club (288 Box Road, Sylvania Heights NSW).
We are excited to welcome Shihan Riyuji Isobe in Sydney for the very first time! Full-day training seminars will be held at Margaret Whtilam Recreation Centre (Bondi NSW) over the weekend of 11 & 12 October. Shihan Kenny from South Africa will be conducting a series of seminars in the week leading up to the event.

The 2025 World Weight Category Karate Championships will be held in conjunction with the International Karate Friendship Tournament (Youth & Seniors) at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium.
Divisions for KATA and KUMITE. (Divisions will be determined by the organiser once all applications have been received.)

In Week 3 of Term 4 (23rd - 26th October 2023) we will run our traditional BRING-A-BUDDY-WEEK.
All buddies have to REGISTER before attending a class.
All our students are allowed to bring one of their friends so that they can train with us and get a taste of what Karate is all about.
