Qigong and Meditation with Sempai Sarah Lappin
We are excited to let you know that Sempai Sarah Lappin will be joining us this Thursday during our evening session. Sempai Sarah is one of our instructors who now lives in the UK and is one of the finest martial artists around. She does not only hold black belts in various styles, but is deeply invested in the Japanese culture, Yoga teaching and meditation.
We will start the session at our normal time at 7pm with 45min of Kyokushin and then hand over to Sempai Sarah who will be introducing us to Qigong and Meditation.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing system of movement, useful in preparing the body for meditation. Movements are easy for anyone, any age, and the meditations are guided, so from first timers to experienced, all are welcome.
Please don’t miss this special evening, and if any of your family members or friends are interested and keen to come along, they are welcome to join us from 7.45pm after a shortened Kyokushin class. Adults of all ages welcome.
