The date for this year’s annual Southern District Challenge has been set and registration is now OPEN!

The event has Kata and Kumite divisions for all ages and grades.

Please speak to your instructor asap if you are interested in participating. Consistent attendance of the Sunday Fight Class (Kids: 9 - 10am; Teens & Adults: 9.30 - 11am) is compulsory for those who want to compete in Kumite. Kata competitors are required to attend Kata Class on Wednesdays, 6.30 - 7.30pm.
