  • Meeting Point for all Sessions: HUGH BAMFORD RESERVE

  • RUNNERS are essential for all sessions

  • FULL DOGI (plus tracksuit top) Monday - Saturday

  • FIGHT CLASS uniform on Sunday

  • Students will be split into groups of 10 on arrival

  • All classes are non-contact

  • Please respect social distancing rules before, during & after class
